Pretty cool! Like magic or something. You are using black underglaze, correct? How do you get an even application; keep it from being streaky?
super cool vid, love how the deco just appears!!!
Ahhh... the simple joys of a demo. Thank You!
Usually not too streaky. The salt "softens" the deco, including those birds in the previous post. Thanks for watching!
great vids... i have never gotten over the magic of a resist.
dude, i was totally going to try out black over wax on some pots in my next firing. great minds think alike. good stuff.
What fun, I really like hearing the radio in the background, it demonstrates how much it's been sped up. I hope you make more.
Wow, nice stuff. The first (video) design reminds me of some pots I have of Sam Taylor. They have these interesting windows in curious place on the pot, that contain other decorative elements. (like birds!)
Great stuff. Excited to see them fired.
it's just that easy, huh?great looking plate.good luck in the new studio.
great videos, and great work.
